Shipping

Shipping within New Zealand is via Courier Post without signature. This is charged at a flat rate of $6.50 for urban, $12.00 for rural delivery. Please make sure to select the correct option at checkout. Please allow 2 days from when you have received your shipment tracking number, and an extra 1-2 days for rural addresses. Your tracking details will be emailed to you once the courier has collected your parcel.

Shipping to Australia is with NZ Post. This is charged at a flat rate of $25.00 for tracked economy shipping, or $45.00 for international courier. Please note these prices are charged in NZD.

All orders will be shipped out within 2-3 weeks of the order being placed, unless otherwise stated in the top bar of my website. If pre-orders are offered for any products, these will state their approximate shipping date.

Please note that once your parcel is in the couriers hand, the time it takes to get to you is out of my control. Please contact Courier Post or NZ Post if you have any concerns with the delivery of your parcel.
